California broker and investor Saad Khan specializes in acquiring and reselling distressed residential properties. Since 2008, he has assisted over 1,000 investors, sellers, and agents across Dallas, San Antonio, and Southern California in buying or selling residential assets. Known for his industry expertise, investment strategies, and negotiation skills, Saad has built a reputation for integrity and hard work, fostering long-term relationships with clients and agents. Originally from Pakistan, Saad immigrated with his family to the U.S. in 1998. He studied accounting at the University of North Texas and dropped out in order to pursue his career in real estate at the age of 19. He and his team have bought and sold thousands of properties in Texas and Southern California, where he has lived since 2013. In 2020, he founded Fair Trade Real Estate along with his partners and grew the company to over 100 active agents doing almost half a billion dollars worth of transactions every year. Recently, Saad sold his interest in Fair Trade Real Estate to start his new venture. In his free time, Saad enjoys spending time with his wife and family, reading, traveling and meeting new people to develop a better understanding of different cultures on his journeys.
